ABOUT BOB MINHAS
Most businesses don’t fail at AI adoption. They fail before they even get there. What looks like a tech problem is usually an operational breakdown across the business: marketing generates leads but doesn’t convert finance lacks visibility into real performance operations aren’t standardized admin workflows slow everything down AI doesn’t fix that. It amplifies it. I work in the space before AI adoption — helping businesses clean up and align operations across marketing, finance, operations, and admin so the business actually runs the way it’s supposed to. But I don’t just fix it for you. I focus on teaching operators, teams, and fractional leaders how to see and solve these problems themselves — so improvements don’t disappear the moment I step away. What I focus on: Breaking down operational gaps across the business Teaching teams how to align workflows across functions Strengthening CRM + revenue systems to stop leakage Building simple operating rhythms that teams can actually maintain Preparing businesses for AI adoption that works because the foundation is sound Who I work with: Service-based businesses stuck between growth and chaos Operators who know something’s broken but can’t pinpoint it Fractional leaders looking to build scalable, repeatable systems Organizations that need capability, not dependency How I think: Most consultants create reliance. I focus on building capability. Because a business that only works when I’m in the room isn’t a system — it’s a liability. If you’re working on real operational problems — or want to build a business that runs without constant intervention — we’ll have a productive conversation.
