I develop and manage the Master Production Plan (MPS) using both OMP and SAP to develop manufacturing and packing schedules that satisfy the forecasted demand and customer orders.I maintain System Master Data in the Planning and ERP systems to ensure the proper leadtimes, safety stock levels, Material Resource Planning (MRP), Capacity Resource Planning (CRP) are accurate, validated and updated with current information so that the different systems outputs are correct.Measure actual vs. plan to help Supply Chain manage the execution of packaging schedules to ensure that targets for production output, costs, labor productivity, customer service, quality and regulatory compliance are met.Take part in and/or lead continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis activities and/or new product introduction efforts.Coordinate Order Fulfillment with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, and Operations to meet or exceed the customer expectations.
