I am an engineering leader with deep experience building and operating large-scale data and platform systems, with a particular focus on weather, geospatial, and decision-support technologies. I specialize in leading teams through complexity, aligning technical strategy with business goals, and delivering systems where reliability, clarity, and long-term sustainability matter.Over the course of my career, I have led multi-team engineering organizations responsible for the design, modernization, and operation of critical software platforms. This includes ownership of architecture and technical direction, organizational planning and hiring, delivery forecasting, and cross-functional coordination with product, operations, and executive stakeholders.
