I hold an M. Sc. degree in Water and Waste Engineering from Loughborough University, United Kingdom (2016), a B. Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from South Dakota State University (Cum Laude)(2016) and a B. Sc. degree in Agricultural Engineering (Hons) from Makerere University, Uganda (2016). I have worked in water sector since 2004 overseeing projects worth at least 3 million US dollars annually. My work involves planning, designing and constructing hydraulic structures for provision of water for both animals and humans. My experience includes technical expert work, construction supervision and contract management. It also includes planning, budgeting and performance review of the water and environment sector in Uganda. I am very passionate about hydraulic structural design (earth dams, weirs, storage tanks, etc) and contract management.
