   Current responsibilities:Bob Ditty is a Partner in Mercer’s Atlanta Health & Benefits business, where he is one of the senior leaders in the office. As a Relationship Manager, Bob is responsible for bringing the full breadth and depth of Mercer’s resources to his clients. He specializes in providing clients with a broad range of health care and group benefits consulting advice and brokerage services, with an emphasis on strategic planning and financial analysis. Bob is also an active member of Mercer’s Health & Benefits National Actuarial & Financial Group, which is responsible for setting all financial standards and practices across Mercer. Within this group Bob lead the team that created and maintains Mercer’s Client Experience Reporting and Standardized Budget Rating Tools which are utilized for all self-funded budget projections and reporting of actual costs against budget on a national basis to our clients. He has extensive national and local client management experience, having worked with midsize, large and jumbo employers across a wide range of companies and industries. ExperienceAt Mercer, he has served a broad spectrum of clients in multiple areas, across all of Mercer’s lines of business (Health, Wealth & Talent), as well as across MMC’s multiple operating companies.
