   As the manager of two dynamic learning teams, I oversee a group of diverse professionals, including Learning Experience Designers, Technical and Learning Trainers, Learning Coordinators, and Creative Services. Together, we drive the development of impactful learning and training programs aimed at enhancing employee safety, productivity, and engagement for WW Ops Robotics (global), field operations, Mechatronics and Sustainable Packaging (MSP), and the full range of automated/robotic products. Key responsibilities and achievements include: • Designing and implementing an end-to-end content management and training strategy for all MSP products throughout their lifecycle. • Cultivating synergies with maintenance engineering, operations teams, business leaders, associates, and ASRS vendors (e.g, CMC, Clevertech, AutoStore, Bastian Solutions) to deliver comprehensive product training that ensures safety and optimizes automation operations. • Innovating new learning and training solutions for customers, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to proficiently and safely utilize robotic and automated products, thereby driving productivity. • Establishing robust metrics to measure the performance and impact of learning programs, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals. • Incorporating user experience design principles into product development, refinement, and ongoing enhancements. • Managing digital assets, optimizing learning management system (LMS) usage, and seamlessly migrating learning content across platforms for improved accessibility and efficiency. • Supporting the professional and career development of team members through various initiatives and opportunities.
