   I continue as the CFO for The Vector Trust, a holding company for management consulting expertise, inside our \"family\" holdings. I\'m often called on to PMO new sites and enterprises, working with the tech-architects to bring new \"members\" up to speed/integrate systems, world-wide, rotating through various COO- terms, as needed. I\'m fully versed at instituting policies for compliance /internal controls of US GAAP, Sarbanes Oxley/ PCAOB and COSO. Private Placements/Hedge Transactions, Due Diligence, Credit Facilities, Treasury/Cash Management and [annoying]SEC Filings. Supervise Board/ Bank/ Bondholder Reporting. Direct advice on contracts for Joint Venture/ Start-Up funding and Partnerships. I have an International background with a global perspective, benefiting our expatriate, staff and investors.{We do in-house tax-efficient structures & estate planning, international pension transfers, Qualifying Recognised Overseas Pension Schemes [UK-QROPs], conventional insurance, plus other business and personal security protections.} I\'m able to use my skills to find creative solutions to industry issues and funding requirements for operating entities within the Vector Trust [and our partners]. My prior work experience has helped me bring empathy and positive management ideas to operations that may not have previously rewarded or encourage the personal growth of employees. That is a goal we strive to achieve now, across the VectorTrust platform. On a personal note, I enjoy playing with the \"fame\" of my proper name, since relocation to Florida/USA, where i live with my wife and our children.
