About Bob Coughlin
Bob Coughlin has 25 years’ experience as Founder and CEO of Paycor, a provider of cloud-based HR, payroll, onboarding and timekeeping software. Coughlin leads the organization by putting the focus on Paycor’s clients and Associates. Cultivating a collaborative company culture has been a theme of Bob’s leadership. Clients are integral in providing product feedback and new feature ideas, and Paycor Associates are integral in growing the company ecosystem. Staying physically active and healthy has always been a part of Bob’s personal philosophy. An avid cyclist and runner of 10 marathons, Bob used his business and entrepreneurial acumen to found the Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon in The event, now entering its 17th year, attracts over registrants and raises approximately $1 million a year for local charities. Bob’s passion for helping others is reflected at Paycor. The company’s Community Partners organization received the 2014 Medical Mutual Pillar Award for Community Service. More than 100 Paycor Associates are mentors and supporters of local schools. Paycor also sponsors many arts, social service, and economic education organizations, including the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Gardens, Junior Achievement, and the Flying Pig Marathon. He was most recently recognized by Ernst and Young with the 2013 Master Entrepreneur Award.
