   As Fractional CTO for Mind Therapy Clinic (MTC), a leading Bay Area mental health provider, I led the design and technical execution of a secure digital platform to streamline new patient onboarding, intake, and internal care coordination. My work spanned platform architecture, vendor oversight, and engineering team formation—all while ensuring full HIPAA compliance.As the application matured, I transitioned development in-house, hiring and onboarding a U.S-based contractor and later a full-time employee to maintain and expand the platform. This reduced vendor dependency while improving long-term maintainability and control.The web-based system allows new patients to securely complete intake forms, upload documents, and schedule appointments.
