President, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of BREED Enterprises, Inc.(parent), BREED International Consulting, LLC (BREED), BREED Village Foundation and BREED Motors, LLC. BREED is a multifaceted direct marketing, direct sales and consulting firm who\'s services include; direct marketing, direct sales, environmental studies, engineering, import/export, fashion design (wholesaler), sports, entertainment, training, used auto sales and a telecommunications consulting. BREED\'s main office is based in Atlanta, Georgia. Most recently BREED was awarded two national contracts with one of the largest telecommunications companies in the world to provide direct marketing and sales for their \"fiber broadband network\". Over the course of 25 years, BREED has assisted with generating new revenues of over $100 Million for various employers and firms. Client and company list includes; Law Engineering, MACTEC, Eagle Environmental, Integrated Environmental Services, CH2M Hill, Ignite, and many others. We typically analyze the competitors, provide recommendations and assist with implementing the appropriate marketing strategies and actions necessary to grow revenues for our clients and customers. In addition, we work with key partners to develop opportunities for growth and expansion, build strong inter-departmental relationships which provided leadership cross functional teams to support the successful creation and deployment of specific marketing initiatives (e.g, Advertising, Marketing, Communication, Products and Services, Sales, Operations, Learning Services, External Programs) for all stakeholders. We have worked with internal database marketing programs and key partners to create, analyze, and deliver reporting on specific metrics (i.e. subscribers or per client, and revenue to measure the success of our programs).

   The mission of BREED Village Foundation and its founder (Bobby Reed) is to provide much needed care to displaced and impoverished youth who are impacted after leaving (aged out) state foster care, battered children, homeless and the impoverished. BREED Village Foundation will provide physical, emotional, social, mentorship and companionship care. We will also be a resource bank for financial and social services programs. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, of the approximately children in the Foster Care system in the United States, an estimated foster youth age out of care each year and attempt to live independently. These youths are expected to succeed on their own like a vast majority of their peers. This is virtually an impossibility. The Foster Care Independence Act, which renamed the Independent Living Program, the Chafee Care Independence Program (CCIP), expanded eligibility for independent living services to youth and doubled the funding available to states to provide these services. The CCIP offers assistance to help current and former foster youth achieve self-efficiency. Funding is offered to states that submit a plan to assist youth. Under this program, states can use federal funding and matching dollars to provide support for youth transitioning from Foster Care to independent living. Our goal at the BREED Village Foundation is to be a tool for the states and counties to utilize for supporting these programs and the youths involved.
