   I am in charge of year-round recruiting, interviewing, training, and managing sales representatives for Cutco Cutlery/Vector Marketing. I teach sales representatives how to sell anything through basic one on one presentations while they also build their personal, professional, and financial skills. I personally mentor and coach each representative to help them set and achieve goals, create and expand lead bases through referrals, and develop skills for life.
