About Bobby Hahn
I’m a civil engineering and real estate development student at Purdue University graduating in May, with hands-on experience supporting large-scale development projects across preconstruction, construction management, and coordination. I’m currently seeking opportunities in the NYC/NJ/PA market where I can contribute to complex projects while continuing to grow as a construction & development professional.I’ve spent the past three summers with Related Companies, working on a billion-dollar, top-down construction high-rise residential development (858-foot 400 Lake Shore Drive tower) and a $200 million, 500-foot podium high-rise residential development. My experience spans value engineering, bid leveling, submittal and RFI coordination, material takeoffs, schedule support, and field oversight — including work on PT concrete decks, MEP coordination, curtain wall interfaces, and complex infrastructure scopes such as permanent power vault buildouts.Academically, I pair my construction engineering degree with a minor in real estate finance & development through Purdue’s selective Dean V. White program, where I’ve competed in development case competitions and deepened my understanding of feasibility, capital structuring, and project economics. I’m particularly interested in roles that sit at the intersection of development, construction, and execution.
