About Bobby Gondola
My purpose is to help build wealth and opportunities for others through education and real estate, in a way that creates meaningful paths that honor the agency of people, communities, and organizations through advocacy, storytelling, and working side by side with clients. A multi-sector leader with corporate, government, nonprofit, and growing real estate expertise, I love bringing people together with purpose. I work as a sales associate at Rhode Island\'s top real estate brokerage, Residential Properties, Ltd, and I teach as an adjunct professor at the University of Rhode Island and Johnson & Wales University while strategically consulting for organizations and individuals seeking strategic planning, capital, and philanthropy support. Previously, I was head of the Foundation at the northeast\'s historically largest community college, raising over $22 million and earning national recognition; I led the global philanthropy department for Hasbro, Inc. and served executive roles in workforce development at Year Up and on the Providence Public School Board. Before that, I worked in nonprofits/schools in Harlem in New York City and Cape Town in South Africa.Interests and expertise include student/client success, adult education, workforce development, philanthropy, strategic planning, mentoring, and real estate. always focused on connecting people, resources, and opportunities for lasting impact.
