Reduced inventory by 20%, improved on-time delivery by 25%, and created 16K square feet of floor space. » Engineering management. As Engineering Manager – Centrifugal Blower Strategic Business Unit at GD; managed 16 engineers, designers, and drafters. Leveraged resources in China to produce parts and improve profitability. Reduced direct product costs by over $850K in 2009 and 2010.
