One Riverwalk, Knoxville, TN - A 23-acre waterfront property formerly known as Baptist Hospital into a mixed-use development overlooking Downtown Knoxville. Upon completion, this $160 million project will yield 303 luxury Class A apartment units overlooking the Tennessee River, a new student housing facility overlooking the University of Tennessee Campus, a new hotel, corporate headquarters of Regal Cinemas, and various new retail and office buildings. Hilton Garden Inn, Charleston, South Carolina - An upscale hotel located in downtown Charleston on the peninsula overlooking the Ashley Marina in downtown Charleston.
