In my role as Senior Managing Principal of Halstatt Real Estate Partners, I am responsible for managing the fundraising, capital deployment and investor relations for our real estate fund initiative. I primarily focus on acquiring, cultivating and nurturing a robust pipeline of diversified investment opportunities in Class A commercial office space, workforce multifamily housing and student housing projects across Florida. In conjunction with our operating partners, my team develops and implements a strategic business and capital improvement plan to boost occupancy and rental rates to generate an attractive return for our investors. A cross-section of sophisticated limited partners including charitable foundations and endowments, domestic and international family offices, and corporate pension funds support our real estate fund initiative.Halstatt Real Estate Partners (“HREP”), a women-owned real estate private equity firm, has participated in the acquisition and development of over $1.5 billion in Southeast-based real estate assets since 2011. Founded by the Sproul family, based in Naples, Florida, and a proud part of the Barron Gift Collier legacy in Southwest Florida, HREP invests in middle-market value-add and opportunistic rental housing investments as well as distressed debt opportunities. HREP invests alongside a cross-section of institutional limited partners from fund to fund including charitable foundations and endowments, domestic and international family offices, and corporate pension plans.
