I have been blessed to work with some great people here at Paragon and very fortunate that they have taken the time to impart their knowledge and wisdom on me along the way. Their time and teaching has allowed me the opportunity for advancement within our company and industry and the trust of our team to place me in the Vice President of Operations role. In this role I will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operations activities in the organization, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the company. I am eager to continue to learn and strive to be a better leader, person, and employee. • Leading the field operations of the company by supporting our teams • Budgeting for multiple projects, including monitoring and controlling costs • Work closely with Human Resources to implement and refine company policies and procedures • Creating and implementing a strategic plan to best utilize our internal and external resources to maximize our production, efficiency and profitability • Representing the company for external and internal events • Analyze general economic, business, and financial conditions and their impact on the organization\'s policies and operations. • Identifying, training and developing leaders within the company and setting them on a path for management • Continually communicate with our teams to ensure we are properly staffed and able to retain our talent • Exemplify leadership qualities by showing direction, support, and motivation of staff. • Responsible for the execution of the company’s strategic goals in line with the company’s Vision and the outlined direction and budgets of the company. • Directly involved in managing job cost analysis on all projects to ensure consistent profitability on all jobs, and to identify and make improvements where needed. • Assist estimating functions of the company to ensure accuracy, profitability, and competitive edge
