About Bobby Garg

I am a Physician with 16 years of experience in clinical practice and over 5 years of experience as the Medical Director of Women’s Health for a large health system in San Diego. I believe that we are on the cusp of a revolution in the way health care is delivered to individual patients and large populations. I want to be at the forefront of that change. My recent industry experience has given me the expertise to understand the needs of health system customers and current market demands. I have extensive experience in sales support, customer value realization, and solution development which enables me to promote vendor success in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment. I have successfully been able to bridge conversations with health system leaders to help them understand the power of AI and health tech to optimize workflows through automation, and have served as an SME across multiple solution areas.My healthcare administrative experience has given me the expertise to understand the complexities of implementing and operationalizing forward-thinking advances in health care, and to navigate these complexities to successfully achieve transformational change. This includes a deep understanding of different factors such as quality, safety, cost, regulatory restrictions, insurance coverage, long-term strategy, value based care, and population health – and how to bridge these diverse considerations and stakeholders.My clinical experience gives me the expertise to understand the implications of these changes from a patient-facing and clinician-facing perspective, and the best way to achieve successful adoption of new innovations on the front lines of health care. I have always been an early adopter of the latest advances in healthcare which has given me a great deal of insight into what it takes to achieve success in this area. I am a highly effective communicator and team-builder and have been very successful in bringing together diverse groups of people in a cross-functional manner to achieve common goals. I am also an avid learner and highly motivated to expand my knowledge base and adopt new skills.
