Supplier Quality Surveillance Lead – BP Atlantis MFX / Water Injection Package for Thunder Horse platform. October 2024 to PresentDeliver products & services in accordance with defined project specifications, quality, and regulatory requirements. Participate in review of Inspection Test Plans, Purchase Order Quality Requirements, Technical Requisitions, Quality Plans, applicable to scope of work for Contractor and owner review. Direct first line inspection, examination, and test control (Quality Control).Ensure inspections are conducted by qualified individuals in accordance with the Suppliers’ approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs). Conduct / attend selected pre-inspection meetings with critical material or equipment Suppliers. Provide feedback on supplier performance to owner of Approved Vendors List (AVL). Assure execution of Quality Systems by Prime Contractors, Suppliers, and Subcontractors in accordance with contractual obligations via Audit, Surveillance, and Oversight Monitoring. Utilize standard Quality Management tools for overview efforts; Manage Quality Support Contract; Provide regular reporting to senior management regarding QMS execution. Ensure implementation of BP Standards as applicable.Offer technical advice to COMPANY field inspection representatives by applying broad quality tools and analytical concepts to assist with improving product quality and efficiency; provide direction or guidance on complex issues. Supervise site inspection personnel to assure that the inspection effort follows client specifications and industry standard requirements with respect to frequency, quality, validation, tracking, documentation, and inspection qualification. Improve the expertise and efficiency of BP by providing leadership based upon direct experience and technical inspection knowledge which meets the API, ASME, AWS, ASTM, ASNT, ISO, and Industry’s Standards.
