I’m a IT delivery manager with a flair for people process and communication. I’m logical which means I work well with technical teams and I’m great at translating the technical to simple. I like to break problems down with teams and simplify them in to something that can be delivered tangibly. I have worked across waterfall, Agile and hybrid teams and truly believe that all are frameworks with great features you can use to deliver value but none on their own will solve a problem. I often tell people that technology will do what ever you want it to do with enough money and time but the biggest unknowns in a project are the people! The people are who you need to make a delivery successful. My delivery approach is to build great teams, break down barriers and create an environment that supports delivery.
