Bobby is a PwC Director based in Dallas and has 10+ years of management consulting experience. He is a leader within PwC’s Operations Consulting team, and a thought leader for the firm’s Source to Pay capabilities. Bobby specializes in transforming client’s Sourcing, Procurement, and Finance processes, operating models, and technology from strategy through execution. He has led multiple large scale S2P transformation projects, helping Fortune 500 clients achieve their strategic vision, accelerate value realization, and maximize return on investment. Bobby\'s additional PwC experience includes leading strategic cost reduction programs, operations due diligence projects for buy and sell side deals, and manufacturing & distribution opportunity analyses. He has served clients across industries including Travel & Hospitality, Retail & Consumer, Food & Beverage, Quick Service Restaurants, Pharma & Life Sciences, Financial Services, and Private Equity. Prior to joining PwC, Bobby interned at Target\'s headquarters within their Dairy Merchandise Planning Team. Also, Bobby worked in the Operations Department at MicroSun Technologies. Bobby is an alumnus of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where he graduated with Business Honors majoring in Finance and Economic Consulting.
