As a Health & Safety Leader, I’m all about real world safety not just policies and checklists, but really understanding how work actually happens. Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) drives my approach because it’s about learning, adapting, and improving, not blaming people when things go wrong.I’ve spent over a decade in construction and energy, expanding my knowledge and pushing myself to grow.
