My role spans across the entirety of the People & Culture division with a clear focus on ensuring our People have the best experience throughout the entire employee life-cycle; responsible for People Operations, Employee Relations, HR Administration, Employee Engagement, Talent Management & Attraction and more. Working closely with Partners, Operational Leaders and Individual contributors, I work in a strategic yet hands on capacity balancing the day to day tasks and activities with achieving long term goals and group wide mission and vision through progressive people initiatives and HR projects.
