   As the Permian Basin Warehouse and Inventory Leader, I am accountable for both, the systematic and physical movement, counting accuracy and shipment of all inventory across different product lines and multiple districts. I oversee the financial accuracy and transactions for over 25 million dollars’ worth of equipment. My inventory responsibilities include Artificial Lift (ALS), Cable shops, Drilling Services, Completions and Chemicals. • Lead and continuously improve the necessary Logistics and Warehouse process, procedures and infrastructure to provide a high level of performance in delivering the equipment for multiple customers, vendors and product lines in the Permian Basin. • Oversee the cycle count process and API events while maintaining a minimum requirements of 95% or higher inventory accuracy. The overall inventory amount I am responsible for is greater than consisting of over individual pieces across 5 different product lines. • Monitor and measure receiving / shipping warehouse performance for accuracy of storage locations, timely receiving and issuing of goods, proper movements and storage of equipment. • Oversee the shipment of all materials both internal to Baker Hughes and external to customer well sites and facilities. Responsible for providing accurate shipping documentations and labeling. • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Material Planning and AMO to makes sure all divisions are receiving the correct equipment in a timely fashion to meet the required deadlines, equipment accuracies and customer expectations. • Lead and implement a safety culture that become interdependent thought out the multiple product lines by conducting RCA’s and presenting meaningful corrective actions to help reduce / eliminate safety incidents. • Identify and present opportunities to reduce costs, control spend and monitor overtime.
