Leading the strategic, feasibility, risk management, project management and implementation of new application development for the Indiana Department of Transportation construction group. Most of the focus is removing the need for paper receipts and journals while allowing the end user to use any HTML 5 compliant device (phone, iPad, PC, tablet, etc.) and allowing the user to utilize the device when there is no connectivity without loosing data. The breadth and depth of my involvement includes providing upper management with feasibility and risk projections down to leading the architecture, design, implementation, testing and release of changes and new functionality. Because I am typically the sole developer in most projects, I typically juggle several projects simultaneously including technical support for critical issues. I was responsible for several large scale efforts that included managing several project resources and in one instance included a group of students from Purdue.
