Thirty-nine years of engineering experience concentrating in project management, design, inspection, and structural analysis for the rehabilitation, design, and construction of bridges.Bob has managed many major, high profile and critical bridge projects over the course of his career. Many of his projects involved iconic New York State bridges that are instantly recognizable to their community: Mario M. Cuomo Bridge, Tappan Zee Bridge, Patroon Island Bridge, Castleton Bridge, and Grand Island Bridges.He pioneered the development of innovative bridge structures such as the SpaanSpan™ Bridge System and the composite rigid frame bridge; a structure that utilizes rigid integral cast in place concrete connections between the superstructure and substructures in order to increase the live load carrying capacity of a conventional steel girder/composite concrete deck superstructure. Co-authored a paper entitled \"Innovative Engineering & High Performance Precast Concrete Superstructure\" and presented the paper at the 2007 International Bridge Conference.Specialties: Areas of expertise include Engineering Management, Project Management, Design-Build, Bridge Design, Structural Analysis, Bridge Inspection, and Bridge Maintenance.
