I studied at Pratt Institute for a BA in Critical and Visual Studies and a minor in Creative Writing, where I graduated with highest honors and campus leadership credentials. I have most recently been a Customer Success Manager at Zendesk, a SaaS platform that takes all of the channels that businesses use to communicate with their customers, brings them into one interface, and helps them automate conversational support experiences - all while fostering a human touch and maintaining data handling compliance.With a background in hospitality and community leadership, I have focused on being a results-driven CSM at Zendesk. I have leveraged my skills in relationship building to act as a trusted advisor for product implementation, providing guidance for customer experience (CX) strategies to early stage companies. I identified CX goals and pain points, evaluated future growth for scalability, and demonstrated Zendesk\'s value to grow and retain accounts. Additionally, I have managed the infrastructure of one-to-many onboarding and training sessions for startups, including tracking attendance, providing follow-up resources, and maintaining updated presentation content. I am passionate about providing exceptional customer service while solving complex problems, and bring creative and innovative thinking to cross-functional teams, as I have worked in tech, hospitality, and creative fields for over 15 years.
