Direct reports include the site Executive Directors that span 19 locations in 4 states (Minnesota, North Dakota, Illinois and Maryland). Nexus is dedicated to serving youth and their families. Our services include residential mental health support, community mental health services, crisis intervention, foster care and adoption services. Our motto is simple: Changing One Life Changes Everything!
