Bobbi R. Frieda is the Senior Director - People at Asana Partners. As the Director - People, she leads The Firms recruiting and onboarding, compensation analysis, benefits development/administration, talent development, performance management and employee relations. Prior to Asana Partners, Bobbi was a Vice President of Human Resources at Bank of America where she provided leadership consulting to all Employee Technology Support Managers in the company. Prior to Bank of America, Bobbi was a Human Resources Manager for H-E-B, the largest grocery retailer in Texas. While at H-E-B, Bobbi supported 12 retail locations in Austin, TX totaling over employees. Bobbi\'s responsibilities included employee relations, talent/ leadership development, performance management, career planning, and employee engagement with a focus on culture.Bobbi received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Leadership Development with an emphasis in Human Resources from Texas A&M University. Bobbi is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional® (SHRM-SCP).
