Sales Enablement: Build and manage the pilot of the Sales Conversation Tool (Showpad) for select US distributors. Building the platform included creating all Experiences within Showpad and collecting all content. Management of the project consisted of training and communicating with distributors and SE sales team members participating in the pilot, managing and promoting content, pulling usage reports, and reporting to the Global committee sponsoring the project.Launch Communications Management: Design, develop, manage, and promote the Flight Plan that showcases upcoming launches for Schneider’s US Electrical distributors and SE employees. Work with Offer Managers and LOB Leaders to ensure that launch information and content supporting their offers are kept up to date. Train SE employees in Canada on how to produce the Flight Plan resource and Launchpad events in their country. Note: The Flight Plan was the Global Distribution Best Practices Sharing Contest Winner in H2 of 2022.Workflow Improvement: Evaluate and recommend improvements to processes in Channel and workflows of projects to increase efficiency and LOB collaboration. Create automations within SharePoint and Asana.Event Management & Planning: Manage and execute quarterly Launchpad events for SE employees and distributors. Analyze attendance and marketing of the Launchpad event. Manage all promotion of the Launchpad event to increase distributor exposure. Assist Channel Ops team members with managing additional internal and external events as needed. SharePoint Design: Design, produce, and manage the US Electrical Channel SharePoint site Graphic Design: Create, update, and maintain multiple sales decks and guides. Assist with the production of sales enablement and marketing materials. Provide additional graphic design support for ads, flyers, and guides as needed. Project Management: Manage projects such as external and internal guide creation and new SharePoint site launches.
