I\'m a passionate and purpose-driven program and project manager with 15+ years of experience leading transformational initiatives across both public and private sectors. My passion lies in helping organizations solve complex problems, elevate performance, and improve employee engagement and customer experiences through Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies. While I specialize in operational process improvement, I firmly believe that lasting change only happens when we address both the process and the people. Sustainable transformation isn\'t just about better workflows-it\'s about empowering teams, creating clarity, and supporting individuals through change. I bring deep expertise driving improvements in Health & Human Services, call centers, and the insurance industry-fields where streamlined processes and strong team dynamics make a tangible difference. I lead with both strategy and empathy, helping teams adopt new ways of working that are not only effective but also embraced and sustained. As a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, I guide organizations through the human side of transformation using a toolkit that includes A3 Thinking, Value Stream Mapping, & DMAIC.
