I am a project manager and Agile coach with a growing focus on organizational and systemic team coaching. Over the past several years, I’ve supported cross-functional teams, leaders, and product organizations in navigating complexity, building psychological safety, and improving how they deliver value to those they serve.My background in Agile delivery has given me a deep appreciation for team dynamics, leadership challenges, and the systemic conditions that shape how people work together.
