As a member of the Design Operations team for Lifeway, you will shape the future of our business and platforms by leading our user research including user interviews, quantitative and qualitative research, and traditional design research like card sorting and usability testing. Through research initiatives and delivering well-informed and actionable personas, journey maps, and research reports, the UX designers will be able to develop customer centric designs and experiences. As a UX researcher, you’ll build empathy and understanding of what our users need, while closely collaborating with designers, platform owners, product/brand management, and the IT team to help define the future of Lifeway. You will be responsible for managing participant recruitment, data collection (including moderating sessions), data synthesis and analysis, and delivery of findings and recommendations.
