I have been craftng my career path with experience and schooling. I have a degree from the Goddard School of Business in Business Management. I\'m currently workingas a team lead in engineering for Goldman Sachs. I have a wide range of experiance in contact centers from agent, to operations, to managment. I have become a specialist in Workforce Optimization, and strive to be able to deterimine the ins and outs of running a profitable business.
