About Bob Assoian
After 40 years of Asset and Property Managment Leadership, I retired from my position at NAI Hiffman/Hiffman National. As Executive Managing Director, I have successfully driven the growth of Hiffman’s Management Services division, transforming it from a local Chicago-area service provider into one of the largest third-party management firms in the nation. In addition, I led the kickoff of our Advisory business which includes the Construction Project Services and Lease Administration divisions. Under my leadership, the company expanded its portfolio 4X to represent over 600 assets across 27 states, totaling more than 90 million square feet of commercial real estate. This growth is a direct result of building a talented, high-performing team, cultivating strong client relationships, maintaining a focus on operational efficiencies and profitability for our stakeholders while at the same time giving our clients the highest level of service.
