Met or exceeded goals in 7 key metrics across these initiatives, including: CSAT (102% of goal), NPS (138% of goal), Upsell ARR$(109% of goal), Pipeline conversion (99% of goal), and New Pipeline Generation (135% of goal)• Provided oversight and leadership for CX M&A integration for 2 acquisitions.• Assisted COO and CEO in preparations for quarterly Board of Directors meetings with PE board and provided monthly operational updates to PE team. Also led planning and content discussions for annual Strategic Leadership Team offsites.
