Integrative Performance is a modern proactive health and performance center. Our organized, holistic approach to achieving positive client outcomes is based in bridging state of the art diagnostic technology with practical coaching. We create clear programs for individuals that deliver efficient and sustainable results.I started my business 3 months before Covid-19. I worked 80 hours a week for two years to get here and lost everything. My savings and investment went to zero. During shutdowns I taught myself web design and online marketing, moved to a different state, opened up shop again and achieved over $200k in sales in just over a year. I was recognized as Northern, VA’s top Integrative Health and Fitness specialist and featured on CNN, MSNBC, FOX, iHeartRadio, and other publications.
