Flow Cytometry-Leading a 4 person team that is prototyping a revolutionary approach to cellular acquisition and data analysis for flow cytometry. The system manipulates data at a rate of 16 gb/sec in real time using multiple A100 GPUs. I am the co-inventor on 7 patent applications for this work.Supervised ML for Flow Cytometry-Developed a Pytorch based prototype for flow that trains on waveform data to identify leukemic cells. The innovative component comes from a training approach that occurs in real time so that inferencing starts immediately.Algorithm Research-A staff research engineer and I developed techniques that enable real time quad A100 GPU acceleration of the UMAP dimensionality reduction algorithm for cellular analysis.
