Flow Cytometry-Leading a 4 person team that is prototyping a revolutionary approach to cellular acquisitionand data analysis for flow cytometry. The system manipulates data at a rate of 16 gb/sec in realtime using multiple A100 GPUs. I am the co-inventor on 5 patent applications for this work.Algorithm Research-A staff research engineer and I developed techniques that enable real time quad A100 GPU acceleration of the UMAP dimensionality reduction algorithm for cellular analysis. The computing time was reduced from 2 hours to 0.9 seconds for 1 million points in 32 dimensional space.
