In my role as a Senior Build Developer, I am responsible for the creation and maintenance of a number of customer Windows 10 and Windows Server images. Builds are mainly MECM Task sequences which are configured and developed to provide full out of box and end to end build deployments for customers and their specific hardware variants. This includes OS and drivers, core applications and applying any security policies. I also handle the customers Windows Feature updates for Win 10 and updates to M365, utilisting MECM and software center. I am competent and able to monitor, troubleshoot and fix build issues and work with service management teams, project teams and customers to deliver a smooth and reliable build service. In this role I am also responsible for the acceptance into service of new customers, devices, tooling and ensuring smooth transitions. This also involves collaboration with a customer and knowledge transfer, documentation and correct handling of confidential material.
