Experienced humanitarian with success in complex environments in healthcare and disaster response. As a Physician Assistant, my primary goal is to continue to provide excellent healthcare to my patients; incorporating evidence based medicine and new approaches to best serve my patients and supervising physicians in the realms of orthopaedics, sports medicine, urgent care, family medicine, humanitarian medical relief and disaster response. This includes excellence in the care of physically active as well as care for underserved, refugees and those affected by disasters. In humanitarian work and disaster response I firmly believe that organizations like Team Rubicon afford like minded individuals with resources and skills an outlet to help communities and countries in need and truly impact not only the communities but those volunteers stepping into the arena. We are all better citizens of the world when we step out of our comfort zone and help those in need.We all make a living from what you get, but make a life by what you give.
