In the past 30 years I have budgeted/planned/managed: 4 guestroom renovations4 meeting room renovations4 public space renovations2 garage restorations2 façade restorations, and 1 façade replacement2 BAS installs1 EMS installI have managed all trades, all contractors, engrs, Architects, budgets, and have done so with 5 different sets of ownerships, and 3 different Corporate offices.Have managed and promoted in house staff throughout. Have been successful in promoting 25% of this staff through the years from apprentices, to engrs, to Chiefs. All while maintaining the highest scores in the Hotel on our annual employee satisfaction surveys of between between 98%-100%.In the past year I have also become the lead for the Marriott Engineering Business Council, for Chicago and Suburbs.
