From my time in the Navy to the present, I\'ve always been in a service-oriented position. Whether I\'m troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining or providing solutions for healthcare facilities, it\'s been a passion of mine from the start. It is a preeminent focus in day to day operations, now that these facilities, large or small, must watch every dime they spend, I believe all people in a service and support type of position must remember that we are \"to serve\" our customers, whether staff, patients or visitors with our best effort daily, to support them in their day to day operations and most of all remain humble, regardless of the needs they have.
