   With nearly 45 years of experience as an industry leader, I have implemented numerous improvement programs and trained hundreds of employees on management systems. I am immensely proud of the talented individuals I’ve had the privilege to work alongside over this nearly half-century career. The collaborative teamwork we’ve embraced has been the cornerstone of our success, driving remarkable results in product and process improvements that have saved companies millions of dollars.As the Director of Corporate Quality and Process Engineering, I oversee Quality Management Systems for the military, aerospace, automotive, medical, and consumer industries. My responsibilities include implementing systems, training, and auditing for ISO 9001, AS9100, Nadcap, and TS 16949. Above all, I am most passionate about troubleshooting electroplating issues, which I find to be the most fulfilling part of my role. This work requires close collaboration with our quality, production, chemistry, and environmental departments, ensuring robust processes at the core of our operations and maintaining environmental compliance.I am also deeply honored to contribute to an electroplating consortium that has developed and is implementing a nationally accredited electroplating course. This initiative aims to train skilled electroplaters to fill hundreds of job openings across the United States, addressing a critical industry need. My global experiences, including memorable cultural engagements in the Philippines and China, have further enriched my perspective and strengthened my commitment to fostering teamwork and excellence in this field.
