   Most recently, Mr. Rash has headed the operations and the business development efforts of Smith Medical Partners, the specialty distribution division of H.D. Smith. In this role, Mr. Rash successfully negotiated contracts with manufacturers, GPOs, third party point of care software vendors, and healthcare providers. Specifically, Mr. Rash has been involved in the distribution channel negotiations and strategy, as well as, the patient hub services sector with patient reimbursement, patient assistance, and home pharmacy delivery. Most recently, Mr. Rash has successfully presented the business plan and negotiation of a new facility sq ft) for 3PL and distribution operations. In addition, Mr. Rash led the formation of a software company that implemented systems in over 6 countries and over 150 locations. This tremendous success resulted in the acquisition of the software product by 3M Health Information Systems from Health Market International. The entrepreneurial development and successful business management and acumen are a strong testimony to the experience and wide scale abilities of Mr. Rash. Over the plus three decades, Mr. Rash has successfully demonstrated marketing, business development, outcomes research, and international experience at senior management levels and across multiple healthcare settings and environments.
