About Bob Nimon

Bob has over thirty years in health care consulting and hospital operations experience. During this time he has successfully started several service companies and completed over 300 planning assignments and numerous strategic initiatives for healthcare clients on a domestic and international basis. His expertise covers the range of facility planning, business and finance, medical equip/technology, and operational considerations.Prior to 4Tower, Bob founded and grew Genesis Planning to one of the largest medical technology consulting firms in the US. Additionally, Mr. Nimon was a member of the DeBakey Consulting Group and also provided consulting services for Deloitte & Touche’s national health care practice.Additional professional experience included serving as Director of Medical Technology Planning at The Methodist Hospital and Texas Children’s Hospital. While there, he managed these two institutions’ capital planning and technology advancement initiatives as well as directing their capital requirements for their expansion and construction programs.During his tenure, Bob has pioneered a strategic technology approach that integrates the aspects of long-range planning, capital management, operations and the adoption of future technology. He is often called upon to discuss and present on issues such as ‘Technology Trends’ and ‘Technology Integration with Design’ subjects.His in-depth knowledge of technology as a critical component of health facility design, operations and patient outcomes, provides clients with enhanced planning and decision making capabilities.Bob now brings his experience and thought leadership to elevate and insure 4Tower\'s position as the leading integrated product sourcing and planning platform that simplifies the management of today\'s technology-complex facility projects.As former owner of Genesis Planning, Bob infuses over 30 years’ of medical equipment planning leadership, insights, and best practices that will further the development and enhancement of 4Tower’s integrated software platform.His position works with senior leadership and plays a pivotal role in shaping the company\'s vision, growth, and decision-making.
