After high school I attended Iowa Central Community College eventually transferring and graduating from the University of Northern Iowa. Post graduation I worked 15+ years in corporate leadership across sales, business development, and operations. That path has led me to Merit Management Group! About Merit: Merit Management Group is a business services firm that owns and operates a portfolio of companies in construction, trades, and home services. In addition to operating our companies we provide fractional business support to 3rd party businesses. Our portfolio companies support work ranging from residential remodels and new construction to large commercial projects, recurring HVAC service, and retail power equipment sales and service through Clive Power Equipment. Our fractional services include CFO support, accounting and reporting systems, marketing strategy and execution, operational enhancements, and recruiting/HR support. How I Support This Work: I focus on business development and long-term relationships. I work with business owners and leadership teams to connect the right resources, uncover new opportunities, and bring practical solutions to the table, whether that means launching a new project or providing back office support and resources. My role is centered on building partnerships that create long term value.
