Our company manages condominium communities and homeowner associations. We manage the corporate entity itself rather than handling rentals for the owners. This means we provide accounting, collections, payments, and administrative support. With our arsenal of online tools and integrated systems Vanguard is able to meet the needs of clients requiring a property manager, either full or part time as well as the needs of self managed communities.My duties are marketing to clients desirous to make a change. I am responsible for providing a smooth transition - ensuring cohesiveness between our staff, the manager, the Board and members. Moving forward, I work with the manager\'s supervisor to ensure that the community is getting the level of service and professionalism that they contracted for.Being in charge of technology, we we have moved our company from server to cloud.talk about a great difference in turn around time. Our integrated accounting-management software is online; our conversion to a paperless environment is successful and on-going.
