This means we provide accounting, collections, payments, and administrative support. With our arsenal of online tools and integrated systems Vanguard is able to meet the needs of clients requiring a property manager, either full or part time as well as the needs of self managed communities.My duties are marketing to clients desirous to make a change. I am responsible for providing a smooth transition - ensuring cohesiveness between our staff, the manager, the Board and members. Moving forward, I work with the manager\'s supervisor to ensure that the community is getting the level of service and professionalism that they contracted for.Being in charge of technology, we we have moved our company from server to cloud.talk about a great difference in turn around time. Our integrated accounting-management software is online; our conversion to a paperless environment is successful and on-going. Best of all is the peace of mind knowing that our data is being safely backed up numerous times a day, and not having to worry about the occassional waterspout or hurricane that plagues our state.One of the side benefits is being able to add to our competitiveness by keeping our costs down.Consulting in general of for catastrophes such as sinkholes - as relate to our condo-HOA clients
