About Bob McEwan

After 34 years at GE Aviation, retiring as General Manager of Global Supply Chain, I am focused on helping companies identify and nurture the next generation of leaders. Over three decades at the $20 billion division of General Electric, I oversaw numerous manufacturing plants and managed thousands of employees worldwide. I integrated development and production test operations, increased production by 30 percent and doubled the company’s development programs. I have also hired, trained and mentored leaders throughout the GE family. I am certified in numerous GE management programs, most notably Six Sigma Black Belt and LEAN production systems. I also served as GE Eflun (Volunteer Organization) Chairperson from to 2001, leading more than 4,500 members and generating hours of community service annually.
